Comenius Associates were asked by Sno!zone in Milton Keynes to provide them with an ethical alternative to their coffee supplier.

Working with local NGO's in Ethiopia and experts at Kew Gardens in London, we developed a supply of coffee. As this was a relatively new area growing coffee, infrastructure and logistics were required. 

The coffee was very similar to the Blue Mountain Coffee of Jamaica in its complexity and just needed a few years to develop.

We sourced a roasting house to process the beans for retail. The brand was built on a fair-trade principle, where the farmers and growers were paid a fair rate for their product.
