When the Estate was to be sold on behalf of the Investors, Comenius Associates were employed to devise a Masterplan to develop the Estate and return it to it's former glory.

We created a sustainable eco tourist plan, using renewable energy and proposed the building of a small number of ecologically responsible holiday lodges with platforms over the lake. The former house was to become a luxury hotel and conference centre and the surrounding area, bike trails and scenic walking tours.

The Estate was sold in 2015.
